Viña Cobos – Touza Vineyard Malbec
Made from 100% Malbec grape variety, harvested by hand from the Las Compuertas appellation in the Touza Vineyard.
The growing season of Malbec happened in very good thermal amplitude between the months of November and December.
Although some barrages took place, no reports were formally reviewed.
The aging process is an important part of winemaking. This Touza Malbec wine is aged for 17 months in new French and American oak barrels and bottling in November 2014.
The red color with violet tones and the aromas of black fruit with tobacco, chocolate, mocha and clove bring an extraordinary flavor of fresh red fruit.

Michael is an online enthusiast, with a lot of knowledge about online marketing. Traveling around the world to hunt for the perfect wine. Latest on Sicily, where Etna has a huge impact on the taste, which is strong with a bitter aftertaste for the youngest wines, but older wines are fantastic. Drinking wine, and writing about them, are one the passions. Remember to drink responsibly 🙂
