Hardy’s Wine – Nottage Hill Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for Pinot Gris grape variety. This provides refreshing taste to wines, which are successful now in different countries.

The early harvesting of grapes helps to achieve the Grigio wine style.

It maintains and preserve the acidity and freshness of grapes to go through the fermentation process in steel tanks to retain the so-called “zing”

A long and accurate winemaking process created a pale straw color and gave the wine aromas of pear with touches of spice and fresh apple.

The soft and approachable flavors of nashi with pear complemented with mouth-watering acidity, which makes the wine more delicious and best to be paired with battered flathead with homemade tartar sauce as well as cheddar and gruyere.
