5/5 (5)

Hardy’s Wine has a wide variety of wines including Varietal Range creation. VR Merlot has been gaining popularity for years.

Merlot is an early maturing grape variety, which fully ripens even in slightly cooler climates. It is the most dominant grape in wines from Saint Emilion and Pomerol.

Varietal Range Merlot is widely available in Australia as well as in Europe. Wine lovers keep on patronizing this VR wine because of its amazing characteristics.

VR Merlot has light crimson color with red hues, presents the aromas of plum and cherry fruit over subtle vanillin toasty oak and offers intense plum fruit flavors.

It has always been great to pair VR Merlot with seared spiced duck breast, lamb rack, braised beef shanks, pork belly baked in miso and Brazilian pork and black bean stew.
