Georges Duboeuf – Pouilly Fuissé Domaine du Bois Rosier
The wine estate is absolutely full of reputation. Most of the areas have mainly clay-limestone soils with limestone dominating the area.
This is the primary reason why wines made from this estate are totally lovely and full of minerality and quality.
The vineyards are run by a meticulous and wise winegrower who crafts wines in his image as well as upright and pure Pouilly Fuissé wines.
This Pouilly Fuissé wine is a light-colored wine offering fresh fruit and white blossom aromas and mango flavor complemented by a hint of impulsive citrus fruit.
This fruity and round wine is best to serve and taste at a temperature of 11 – 13 °C with great pairing with pasta, vegetables and cured meats.

Michael is an online enthusiast, with a lot of knowledge about online marketing. Traveling around the world to hunt for the perfect wine. Latest on Sicily, where Etna has a huge impact on the taste, which is strong with a bitter aftertaste for the youngest wines, but older wines are fantastic. Drinking wine, and writing about them, are one the passions. Remember to drink responsibly 🙂
