Champagne Bollinger – Bollinger R.D.2002

Sixty percent of this wine is made from Pinot Noir and the remaining forty percent is absolutely drawn from the famous Chardonnay grape variety.

Impeccable characteristics were developed because of its long period of maturation, three times more than the requirements of the appellation.

Bollinger R.D. shows golden color with delicate highlights allowing the aromas of stewed ripe fruit specifically quince also the notes of honey and cocoa giving way to the flavors of star anise and nutmeg.

Traditionally, Bollinger R.D. is bought as a special token to family, relatives or friends.

It usually creates its own appeal and in order to appreciate the wine more, it is best to serve it chilled between 8 and 10°C or above.
