Planeta – Alastro

Derived from a wild flower’s name grown in the winery of Ulmo – Alastro is a Grecanico blend combined with two aromatic varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Grillo.

Time of harvesting was done on the 5th of September pursued by destalking and soft pressing processing.

After then must was poured out at a low temperature and fermented at 15⁰C and matured in stainless steel vats for six months.

This light smooth wine presents a straw color body and suggests the aromas of rich citrus, peach, tropical fruits and yellow flours such as broom which came from the Grillo and Sauvignon blend.

The melon taste of Alastro wine makes it more reasonable and encouraging to more wine drinkers and to continuously patronize it all along.
