After decantation, grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15⁰C and remain in fine lees with continuous stirring up to January and bottled in March.

The freshness of Carricante grapes and fine sand generated not only floral aromas, but also citrus fruit with great mineral power.

The wine offers the flavors of citrus and passion fruit which surprise most of wine drinkers combined with a Mediterranean macchia finish.
