Planeta – Cerasuolo di Vittoria

This Sicilian wine’s name comes from “Cerasa”, which means cherry in the Sicilian dialect produced from the two native grape varieties, Nero d’Avola and Frappato.

Grapes were harvested on the 17th of September followed by destalking process and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 23⁰C.

A careful and accurate winemaking process contributed to its full character. This light red wine presents an intriguing aromas based from wild fruits, wild strawberries, mulberry and pomegranate.

Black pepper combined with carob and sweet cherries flavors cover up Cerasuolo di Vittoria and present the hints of mulberry.
