Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico Dorilli presents its essence being an excellent wine, produced from careful selection of vines enclosing the beautiful Dorilli estate.
The great union of Nero d’Avola and Frappato grape varieties created a refined and elegant red-blended wine from Sicily.

After the harvest on the 20th of September, destalking followed then 21 days of fermentation and maturation in wood barrels for 12 months.
The red sand from where Nero d’Avola and Frappato grew gave this rose wine a ruby-red color presenting the aromas of ripe black cherry with cardamom vanilla and cinnamon.
The combination of oriental spices and complex flavors of smoked pancetta, cooked must, marjoram and prickly pear make Dorilli more alluring to wine drinkers.
