Planeta – Eruzione 1614 Carricante

The history of Etna flecked with some historic eruptions have shaped the Eruzione 1614 Carricante wine, which is legendary based on records.

The wine is made from two strong grape varieties, the Carricante and Riesling; which made it fresher, more flavorful and provided mineral style.

Grapes are hand-picked directly into wooden containers refrigerated at 8⁰C, selected carefully for destalking and soft pressing.

Fermentation is done at a controlled temperature of 15⁰C stored in inox stainless steel with continuous stirring up to the month of March.

This pale yellow body with green hints presents ripe fruits as well as white flowers aromas and offering flavors of lemon peel and delicious green apple.
