Planeta – Eruzione 1614 Riesling

Riesling is an extraordinary grape variety, which loves elevation and lava soils. Harvest of grapes is done by handpicking on the 5th of October.

Grapes are put into crates and refrigerated right away at 8⁰C temperature, selected accurately followed by destalking as well as soft pressing.

Fermentation happens in inox stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15⁰C then remained on the fine lees until the month of June with constant stirring.

Eruzione 1614 Carricante shows a pale color with green reflections suggesting white apple, plum, lemon and yellow flowers aromas and presents a mineral taste; its strongest point.
