Planeta – Etna Bianco

Feudo di Mezzo Winery is the key to the great success of Etna Bianco wine, made from 100% Carricante grapes; the ancient white wine grape variety from Sicily.

The grapes are harvested by hand into crates, refrigerated at a temperature of 8⁰C and picked carefully for destalking and soft pressing.

After an accurate decantation of must, grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature of 15⁰C done in inox stainless steel and remains until February for maturation.

Etna Bianco has been provided with distinct aromas and three dimensional flavors because of having Carricante grapes.

This noble wine presents fine notes of white acacia flowers, fresh almonds and mountain peaches. Flavors are juicy and full of yellow plums and prickly pear hints.
