Planeta – Etna Rosso

Etna Rosso is purely made from Nerello Mascalese grape variety, found in the heart of Etna’s viticulture, which gave the wine modern expression.

Picking of grapes is done on the 15th October, put into crates; refrigerated at a temperature of 10⁰C and carefully selected for destalking process.

Fermentation is at a 23⁰C temperature in stainless steel vats, remains for 14 days with mixing and two hand-operated stirrings each day.

The precise vinification process gave Etna Rosso the pale color body, the aromas of summer fruit, cream and vanilla presenting the flavors of vanilla, sour cherry and wild strawberry.

These characteristics of Etna Rosso will definitely persuade both the old, regular and new wine drinkers.
