Grapes were harvested on the 20th of September followed by destalking and maceration for 7 days after soft pressing and through malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Made from an extraordinary and exclusive grape variety cultured few hectares and greatly expressed in the red sands of Vittoria.
