Planeta – Maroccoli Syrah

Syrah is a dark-skinned grape variety recognized as one of the most successful which displays endless dark-fruit flavors.

Grapes were harvested on the 10th of September followed by careful destalking, 21 days on skin at 25⁰C and malolactic fermentation done in stainless and wood.

After maturation in barriques for 14 months, the wine developed great tasting notes, which added more appeal and characteristics to Maroccoli Syrah.

The body presents a ruby red color suggesting the aromas of sweet spices and toasted cocoa combined with the hints of sun-ripened black fruit and notes of leather and humus.

Maroccoli Syrah wine has its consistency of velvet in terms of flavor with black pepper finish that wine drinkers truly enjoy.
