Planeta – Moscato di Noto

Moscato Bianco of Italy is also known as Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains and the oldest member of the Muscat family.

Harvest of grapes is on the 21st of August. Static decantation process was done after destalking and soft pressing followed by fermentation and maturation at a controlled temperature of 15⁰C in stainless steel tanks.

Moscato di Noto represents the Sicilian version of aromatic wine, which is truly in demand. The body presents a very clear yellow color with green reflections.

The wine has this appeal because of the uplifting aromas of jasmine, rose petals, hibiscus, pink grapefruit as well as marine.

The elegance and freshness of the wine make it more balanced and savory on the mouth and great to pair with herring salad, Caprese salad, breaded prawns, shellfish or creamed tomato and lobster. Moscato di Noto is also perfect with Valencian paella, fish couscous or pasta with sea urchins.
