Planeta – Nocera

The grape vine is cultivated just a few hectares in the province of Messina, which makes the wine more excellent and appealing.

Grapes are harvested on the 18th of September gathered manually into 14 kilograms crates and selected carefully after arriving at the winery for the destalking process.

After destalking, fermentation takes place in stainless steel and remains on skins for 7 days at a temperature of 25°C with constant stirring all the way.

Very fine winemaking process gives Nocera wine a deep and intense ruby red reflections in the body offering the unique aromas of white pepper, geranium, summer fruits, plum and ripe Noto figs.

The mouth lets you feel softness that makes Nocera more persuasive especially to old wine lovers.
