The fermentation of grapes takes place for almost two months with a controlled temperature of 30–33 °C with constant pumping and transferred to barriques for malolactic fermentation.

After the vinification process; maturation takes place for 12 months and led to absolutely great tasting notes; which gave San Lorenzo wine a place in the market.

The dark ruby red color with crimson hues, the fruity notes with forest berries and plum and the hints of ripe fruit and jam make San Lorenzo wine more qualified and pleasing to drinkers.
