Da Vinci – Chianti Riserva
Chianti Riserva wines are manufactured in the hilly zones in Vinci and surrounding areas which are made from 85% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot and 5% from other red grape varieties.
The deep purple red color makes Chianti Riserva admiring together with intense chromatic nuances.

The aroma hints of cherry, vanilla and cinnamon and medium structure flavor; shows the olfactory sensations of the wine.
Chianti Riserva has always been enriched by soft tannins that gives it a long finish. Ripening of grapes runs roughly for eight to ten days.
Chianti Riserva’s process of fermentation comes about at a controlled temperature between 27-28° C and stored in Oak French and American barrels for ten months to attain the malolactic fermentation.
