From 100% Sangiovese grapes, softened and soaked during the fermentation process that lasts for approximately fifteen to twenty days with constant yet gentle pumping over with a controlled temperature of 30-32°C.
Its maturation takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for at least 2 years.
