Leonardo – Monnalisa Rosso
Monnalisa Rosso wine is a tribute to one of Leonardo Da Vinci’s creations. Produced in the hilly zones of Vinci, Cerreto Guidi and nearby areas, this wine runs and sells well in the wine industry.
The grapes of Sangiovese and Merlot are softened with skins during the fermentation process which lasts for roughly 8 to 10 days at a roughly temperature of 28- 30°C.
Leonardo – Monnalisa Rosso
Grapes need frequent pumping over and maturation happens in steel tanks. After all processes, they give the wine a very clear, purple red color with an initial cherry aroma accompanied by flowery scent especially violets. Soft and persuasive tannins make Monnalisa Rosso more impressive.
