Leonardo – Rosso di Montalcino
The hilly zones of Montalcino or also known as Siena created one of the best wines in Tuscany – the Leonardo Rosso di Montalcino wine.
The vinification of grapes on skin takes place during fermentation with a controlled temperature of 28°-30°C for roughly ten days.
Leonardo – Rosso di Montalcino
It requires constant yet mellow pumping over to ensure quality. Maturation comes to pass in Slavonian oak barrels for about 7 to 8 months.
Rosso di Montalcino shows an intense, clear, purple red tint; giving out elegant aromas of cherries and red fruits with full-bodied and persistent flavor that lead to a spicy finish.
