Leonardo – Vermentino
Grapes are manually picked up which undergoes softening and pressing using a semi-reduction technique during the vinification process.
The clear texture must be achieved within 24 hours time. Fermentation of grape takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18° with the help of the cold technology to maintain the aromatic varietal fragrance.
Leonardo – Vermentino
Maturation is until January of February inside temperature-controlled tanks. Vermentino wines show straw yellow color, characterized by fragrant and balanced blossom hints on the nose with an intense aroma of elderflower.
Wine drinkers and lovers can enjoy the savory, fairly acid, reliable, rich, full and rounded flavor of Vermentino.

Michael is an online enthusiast, with a lot of knowledge about online marketing. Traveling around the world to hunt for the perfect wine. Latest on Sicily, where Etna has a huge impact on the taste, which is strong with a bitter aftertaste for the youngest wines, but older wines are fantastic. Drinking wine, and writing about them, are one the passions. Remember to drink responsibly 🙂
