Leonardo – VinSanto
Bunches of grapes are handpicked and harvested manually in boxes and go for natural dehydration process. Natural dehydration helps the grapes to produce more juice which also lead to developing its alcohol and sugar level.
Fermentation of grapes in small oak barrels or typical kegs in vinsantaia, is done slowly because of its high sugar content.
Leonardo – VinSanto
The wine is stocked in wood for exactly four years before bottling. The amber color, beautiful vibrancy of VinSanto attracts wine lovers. It represents pleasant aromas of dried almonds and figs as well as honey.
The flavor is characterized by fat, velvety, intense and persistent end which is balanced with sweet sensations of the wine.

Michael is an online enthusiast, with a lot of knowledge about online marketing. Traveling around the world to hunt for the perfect wine. Latest on Sicily, where Etna has a huge impact on the taste, which is strong with a bitter aftertaste for the youngest wines, but older wines are fantastic. Drinking wine, and writing about them, are one the passions. Remember to drink responsibly 🙂
