Grapes are harvested manually during the last week of September and undergo the decaying process for 120 days and aging process in oak barriques.

These careful winemaking processes result to wonderful tasting notes of Amarone Acinatico.

The deep garnet red color, the aroma of dried fruit as well as the warm and spicy flavor make the wine more appealing to the market.
