Stefano Accordini – Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso Acinatico

This special wine from produced in Stefano Accordini is made from two sweet grape varieties, the Amarone and Recioto enriching the body of Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso Acinatico.

It went through fermentation and maceration processes twice and aged in barriques of French oak for twelve months and six more months in bottle.

This strong ruby red wine shows intense yet subtle hints of spices, tobacco and vanilla.

It also gives out dried fruits flavor, which makes it ideal to pair with well combined types of meat, roasts, stews and mature cheeses.
