Description
After a cold winter and a beautiful spring, the hot summer was interrupted by stormy intervals which fortuitously took place when needed and thus facilitated growth and good maturation of the grapes.
Harvest began early September with excellent weather conditions.
Site: Côte Chalonnaise, Côte d’Or and more specifically Côte de Beaune
Tasting notes
Tint: Pale gold colour.
Aroma: Floral fragrances and yellow fruit aromas with a hint of minerality.
Flavour: Well-structured. Well-integrated minerality. Refreshing aftertaste.
Food pairing: Pâté, fish, charcuterie, and many goat cheeses
Presse – 2011 Vintage
“Bright and citrus aroma. Sprightly bounce onto the palate. Nicely focuses and energetic. The acidity is fresh and it had good clipped edges. Good minerality shows through and carries onto the fresh finish. An attractive Bourgogne. Ready when bottled. ” Sarah Marsh–Dec. 2012
