The Cornouaille AOP is a summer drink that reach its peak from April to October and is renewed each year. It owes some of its farmers respect for the expertise they have kept intact of the former, and a lively variety of the orchard. Before its marketing, it is approved by the tasting committee that considers its typicality. This approval is authenticated by a numbered collar that wraps each bottle.
Cidre Cornouaille A.O.P. won the Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris in 2013.
