This white wine Chateauneuf du Pape Tradition is mainly made from a blending of Grenache blanc, clairette, roussanne and a few notes of bourboulenc. An elegant wine of great complexity. Rich and floral with aromas of vines flowers and stewed peaches or pineapple and passion fruit. A mineral attack, gives way to a round mouth, smooth, with hints of peach, rose, sometimes both mixed (depending of the vintage) and a long finish. They are to be drunk young as soon as the first year according to the year or for the amateurs of old wines after the third year and for four years. Serve with scrambled eggs with truffles, grilled fish or sauce, tagine of fish, oysters au gratin, lobster.
