This full-bodied wine has pronounced red fruit on the nose with perfumed violets. The palate mirrors the initial aromas with added savoury flavours and a prominent herbal note on the finish. 2012 – 54% Sangiovese, 28% Barbera & 18% Cabernet Sauvignon. 2013 – 45% Barbera, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Sangiovese, 7% Nebbiolo.
