Monin syrups are made from natural fruits, nuts, spices, water and sugar. Monin syrups do not include any fat or cholesterol. For best results keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks. Just like mixing lemon juice with milk will cause curdling, mixing some naturally acidic Monin Syrups with milk (especially hot milk) may not be recommended. If a flavour is very tart in nature (e.g. lemon, lime, orange, pomegranate) the corresponding syrup will usually not be recommended with dairy products.
