Prunotto – Dolcetto D’Alba 2011 6x 75cl Bottles

Description

A lively ruby red in colour, grapey in aroma with notes of fruit and flowers, a classic Piedmontese wine which can be drunk during an entire meal from hors d’oeuvres to cheese. The 2011 vintage will long be remembered as a completely atypical one for the extreme swings from one type of climate to another during the various phases of the growing season which characterized it. Normal winter weather was followed by high temperatures in April, which led to an early – two week – start in the growth and development of the vegetation.
