The grapes are picked cluster by cluster, reaching an equal proportion to obtain the must. After fermentation, it is transferred to our stills for distillation where finally the exquisite Pisco. Pisco Distillery Soldeica is attained, preserving its noble distinctive characteristics or aroma, body and taste. Supreme Blend is the result of 4 years of specialised production, emphasizing balance. It represents the quality of our brand, Soldeica, which has been proudly distributed for over 150 years.
