The grapes for this wine were principally sourced from the Hunter Valley and McLaren Vale vineyard fruit was added for body and weight. After harvesting and pressing, the juice was cool fermented then the wine received some French oak maturation. A medium bodied wine with aromas of stone fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is generously flavoured with white peach citrus characters and a clean, crisp finish. Serve slightly chilled. An ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines such as seafood, vegetarian, chicken and creamy sauce pasta dishes.
