This is a lifted and ripe Sauvignon Blanc, pale straw-green in colour and vibrantly aromatic. Ripe citrus and tropical fruit aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit and guava dominate the nose. It is consistent and soft on the palate, with a pleasant acidity and a sweet passion fruit aftertaste.
