Bright, pale yellow colour with golden shades. Candied to the nose, with a good aromatic density, a very important fruity component (green apple) and light undertones from the ageing process (tertiary aromas). Well rounded in the palate, with a balanced flavour; tasty, smooth and persistent. Well integrated and gently carbonic. Very clean after-taste with a prominence of fruity aromas. Grape: 50% Macabeo, 40% Parellada, 10% Xarello.
