Grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the lower temperatures to maintain the varietal aromas and avoid unexpected oxidations.

The pale, bright cherry color of this wine persuades wine drinkers revealing the different aromas, fresh and wild fruit such as cherry and strawberry with some floral touches of violet.

On the palate, fruity flavors are present with resilient yet expressive nuances, refreshing acidity as well as long and elegant finish which is great to be paired with different dishes.
