Bodegas Castaño – Dominio Espinal Red

Dominio Espinal Red is also known as Dominio Espinal Tinto. It is made from 85% Monastrell and 15% Syrah grape varieties, produced in Bodegas Castaño.

Grapes are harvested during the second week of October of the year 2015.

They undergo maceration then fermentation for 7 – 8 days with a temperature of 24-26 ºC in stainless steel tanks.

If you are able to taste the Dominio Espinal Red wine,the flavor is well structured and soft with a fruity aftertaste.

Its deep purplish red color and the elegant aromas of plum and cherry contribute more attraction to the wine.
