Bodegas Castaño – Dominio Espinal Seleccion
This red medium aged wine is produced in Bodegas Castaño, made from Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grape varieties and specially created for wine lovers.
Grapes are individually harvested during the first week of October of 2015.

They go through the fermentation and maceration process for 7 – 8 days with a controlled temperature of 26-28 ºC, put in stainless steel tanks. The aging process takes place for four months.
The aging process takes place for four months. The reason why wine lovers continuously look after this specially created drink is because of its wonderful tasting notes.
The deep and shiny red cherry color and its aromatic notes of fruit create more excitement to the drinkers.
