Bodegas Castaño – Dominio Espinal White
Grapes are harvested in the first week of September of 2015. After harvest, they undergo the fermentation process of 15 – 16 days with a controlled temperature of 15ºC as well as the cool stabilization system.
This young varietal white wine has a pale yellow color, which is clean and with steel shines.
