Bodegas Castaño – Dominio Espinal White
Grapes are harvested in the first week of September of 2015. After harvest, they undergo the fermentation process of 15 – 16 days with a controlled temperature of 15ºC as well as the cool stabilization system.
This young varietal white wine has a pale yellow color, which is clean and with steel shines.

Bodegas Castaño – Dominio Espinal White
The fruity aromas of pear, green apple and citrus hints give the wine more fascination.
Although the interest of wine drinkers in this wine is less evident during the year, the selling process in the market is stable.

Latest on Sicily, where Etna has a huge impact on the taste, which is strong with a bitter aftertaste for the youngest wines, but older wines are fantastic. Drinking wine, and writing about them, are one the passions. Remember to drink responsibly 🙂
