Bodegas Castaño – Hécula Monastrell
Produced in the Yecla region in Spain made from 100% Monastrell; the Hecula Monastrell is truly moving fast in the wine industry.
Grapes were harvested in October 2014 and undergone the fermentation and maceration processes for ten days with a controlled temperature of 24 – 26ºC.
Bodegas Castaño – Hécula Monastrell
The wine’s aging process runs for six months in 80% French oak barrels and 20% American oak barrels.
The wine becomes livelier because of its intense, shiny, cherry-red tint and the ripe red fruit that blooms as consumers drink it. The fruity flavor gives more elegance to it as a whole.
