Bodegas Castaño – Macabeo Chardonnay

Bodegas Castaño has been producing great wine types with different styles.

The Macabeo Chardonnay wine displays shiny, and clean yellow color, which is persuading to wine drinkers. The rich aromas of apples and pears, pineapple and banana make it sweeter than ever.

Macabeo and Chardonnay are the two important grape varieties that complete the taste and appearance of the wine.

The grapes were harvested individually – mid August of 2015 for Chardonnay and first week of September 2015 for Macabeo.

Macabeo Chardonnay has been through fermentation process for fifteen days for a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The Chardonnay grapes went through the aging process for sixty days.
