Bodegas Castaño – Macabeo Organic
A young white wine produced in Bodegas Castaño is made from 100% Macabeo grape variety from organic farming. The grape is harvested in the first week of September 2015.
The Macabeo Organic wine is clear and shiny, which shows a pale yellow color as well as fresh pleasant notes of white fruit such as apple and citrus.

Its softness, juiciness and fruitiness on the palate make the wine more appeal to drinkers and wine lovers.
After harvest, grapes undergo the fermentation and maceration processes in stainless steel tanks for 15 – 16 days with controlled temperature of 15ºC.
