Monastrell Organic is a young red wine made from one hundred percent Mouvedre grape variety, harvested during the first week of October of 2015.
With a controlled temperature of 28ºC, Monastrell Organic undergoes fermentation and maceration for appropriately ten days in stainless steel tanks.
