Bodegas Castaño – Santa
Grapes are harvested during September to October of 2014 and put under the fermentation and maceration processes for exactly sixteen days with a regulated temperature of 26 – 28ºC and go through the aging process for ten months both in French and American oak barrels.
The wine displays deep cherry red color and gives out intense notes of well ripe red and black berries with sweet spices and smoked background.
