The fully-filtered must of grapes slowly undergo the fermentation process at a controlled temperature of 15°C to preserve the freshness and liveliness of the wine.

After fermentation, great tasting notes are created. The intense, fragrant bouquet with pineapple and grapefruit notes backed up with green apple and floral aromas as well as the tropical and citrusy flavors of Edulis Blanco create more appeal to wine lovers.
