Bodegas Altanza – Edulis Reserva

Bodegas Altanza has been creating surprising wines for wine lovers. One of these is the Edulis Reserva, which is presented in the most modern way.

The aging and winemaking processes took place for three months in Allier vats of 22,000 liters and eighteen months in new French oak casks.

After an accurate winemaking process, this Reserva wine is showing up great tasting notes.

Visually, Edulis Gran Reserva shows garnet red color with ruby highlights and delivers well-balanced and complex aromas of raspberry and liquorice.

Edulis Reserva become more endearing because of its predominant smoky, spicy and toasty notes backed up with balsamic hints.
