Bodegas Altanza – Edulis Rosado
The skin, seeds and skin of grapes undergo the first step in the winemaking process or the so-called must-making process to maintain the freshness and all features of the wine.
After the slow fermentation process, great tasting notes were developed.
Edulis Rosado shows a dark salmon around the edge with a touch of strawberry red.
The green apple, freshly-cut grass and juicy fruit aromas with delicious strawberry, sweet liquorice and banana notes make Edulis Rosado more seducing to wine lovers.
Because of the sweet strawberry and slightly citrusy flavors of Edulis Rosado, it is best paired with vegetable stews, pastas, curries, Thai fine pastries, tempura and grilled fish.
