Their five-hectare Montmain vineyards are aged 4 to 45 years. Vinifying together the grapes grown from these different parcels enables them to produce a dry and deep-flavoured wine with intense aromas and an ageing potential of 4 to 8 years. It is best served with fine fish and poultry.
