Grape: 100% Bobal grapes, grown around the Utiel-Requena region of Valencia province. Owing to Bobal’s thick skin, high tannins, high amount of anthocyanin and very high yield, the grape is especially used to produce rosé wines or what we original call them the Rosado

El Guia Rosado Cooler
Ingredients
- 100ml El Guia Rosado
- 20ml raspberry-flavoured vodka
- 40ml pink grapefruit juice
- Chilled cherryade to top up
Instructions
Pour vodka, El Guia Rosado and juice into a tall tumbler half-filled with ice.
Stir gently then top up with cherryade, adding as much or as little as you like (the cherryade is sweet).
West Coast Sunset
Ingredients
- 100ml El Guia Rosado
- 75ml light strawberry syrup, could be from a tin of strawberries
- 1 Dessertspoon mango sorbet
- A squeeze of fresh orange juice
Instructions
Half-fill the tumbler with crushed ice.
Add the wine, strawberry syrup and squeeze in a dash of orange juice.
Add the mango sorbet.
Stir gently and serve with a straw.
